These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TripNib app provided by Massive Interface LLC (“we,” “us”). By downloading or using TripNib, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TripNib for your own trip planning. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.
TripNib uses AI to generate itineraries, suggestions, and reservation details. This content can be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. Always independently verify prices, opening hours, availability, bookings, travel requirements, and reservations before you rely on them or travel. TripNib is a planning aid, not a booking service or travel agency, and does not guarantee the accuracy of any generated content.
TripNib offers optional time-limited passes (for example, one week, one month, or one year) that unlock unlimited AI planning for their duration. These passes are one-time purchases that do not automatically renew — access simply ends when the pass expires, and you may buy another at any time.
You retain ownership of the trip details and images you add. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that content to provide the service (including sending it to our AI providers to generate results), as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to submit it.
TripNib is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Massive Interface LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, missed connections, or costs arising from your use of — or inability to use — TripNib or from reliance on any generated content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above; continued use of TripNib means you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using TripNib at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
