TripNib (“TripNib,” “we,” “us”) is operated by Massive Interface LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you use the TripNib app, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using TripNib you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account information. When you sign in with Apple or Google we receive a basic identifier and, if you allow it, your email address. You can also use TripNib as an anonymous guest.
Trip content you create. The destinations, dates, preferences, itineraries, notes, and reservations you add to a trip.
Images you upload. Photos of tickets and confirmations you choose to scan, which are analyzed to add reservation details to your plan.
Usage and device data. Basic diagnostics, app interactions, and technical information needed to operate and improve the service.
Purchase information. When you buy a pass, the transaction is processed by Apple. We receive purchase status (but not your payment card details) to unlock features.

How we use your information

To generate and edit your trip itineraries and analyze the tickets you scan.
To provide, maintain, secure, and improve the app.
To manage your account, entitlements, and purchases.
To respond to your support requests.

AI processing

TripNib is powered by AI. To generate itineraries and analyze ticket images, the text and images you provide are sent to third-party AI providers (such as Google and OpenAI) that return the generated content. We do not use your content to train our own models, and we ask our providers not to use it to train theirs. Ticket images used for analysis are processed to extract reservation details and are not published or shared beyond what's needed to build your plan.

Service providers we use

We share limited information with trusted providers who help us run TripNib:

Apple — App Store, Sign in with Apple, and in-app purchases.
Google Firebase — authentication and app infrastructure.
Google — Sign-in and maps/places.
RevenueCat — managing purchases and entitlements.
AI providers — generating and analyzing trip content, as described above.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your trip data while your account is active so the app works across your devices. You can delete individual trips in the app. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at info@massiveinterface.com and we will remove it, subject to any records we're required to keep.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

TripNib is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
